The college gives preference to sportspersons during admission to varied programs. Sports persons are encouraged to participate at the collegiate, University, zonal, district, state, national and international levels. College provides facilities for promotion of sports talents through several welfare measures. The College maintains the sports field and the Management invests much in the Sports infrastructure. The Sports Day conducted annually is a mega event to recognize and appreciate the laurels brought by sports persons to college. The Sports directors and coaches are appointed to facilitate the sports requirements in the college.

The 23rd Annual Sports Day of Patrician College of Arts and Science, Adyar, Chennai, held on Saturday, 3rd February 2024, marked a day of exuberance, sportsmanship, and celebration. The event commenced with the arrival of dignitaries, creating an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement. The ceremonial flag hoisting was a momentous occasion, with Mr. Murugesan R, Assistant Commissioner of J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai, and Ms. Nivetha Jessica, Indian Motorcycle Champion and Founder of the Women’s Motorcycle Club, hoisting the Olympic Flag and College Flag, respectively.

• V. Harini, II BCom CS was selected for Chennai District Throw Ball Women Team and represented 21 st Junior State Throw ball Championship 2023-24 (Women) and secured third position

• S Yuvashree / I MA (Eng), Madhumitha R / III B.com, Subasri M / II B.com, V Harini / II B.com (CS), A R Roshini / II B.COM (CS) and D Faustina Amala Preetha played for Club Team at 1 st North Zone State Throwball Championship -2023-2024 games conducted by Tamil Nadu Throwball Association and secured third position.
• Jagannathan, III BBA won gold medal at South Asia & Indian Body Builders Association, Leo Classic 2023 and secured second place in Tamil Nadu State Level Body Building Physique Championship WFF Pitch N Play Music War-2024
• Sanjay Kumar S, II BCom Participated in the 1000 kms cycling event and completed in a record time of 75 hours and was awarded The Epic Cyclist Award, Epic Enduro and Ultra Enduro Awards 2023-2024. He was also selected to be the Harvard World Record for his Cyclic feat from Chennai to Kolar Gold Fields in 21 hrs.
• Sivanesh M / II M.Com, Sourabh Kumar / I MCom, Mahesh / II B.SC (CS) SH-II, Akash Kumar S / I M.COM, Ajith B / I BCA, Yuvaraj / III B.COM, Abdul Hasheeb / II BBA were represented in All India National Cricket Tournament conducted by Hyderabad Cricket Federation in Hyderabad .
• Jai Surya V / II B.SC. Psychology represented Dream United Professional Team in Football January 2024 to March 2024, a Commendable achievement.
• Sanjay Kumar S / II B.COM participated in Resilience - 555km conducted by WCCG Chennai cyclists from Anna Nagar to Horsley Hills which is an idyllic hill station situated between the states of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. He covered the distance in 37 hours and secured 1st place.
