SAC/Fine Arts
The Student Affairs Committee of Patrician College has always been at the forefront of fostering a dynamic and inclusive campus environment. This year, the committee embarked on a journey filled with numerous activities designed to enrich our students’ college experience, enhance their leadership skills, and contribute positively to our community. They actively organised the following programmes: Student Council Elections, Investiture Ceremony, Orientation programmes for UG and PG students, Freshers’ day, Department Secretaries Meeting, Charity Collections, Traffic awareness programmes with the Chennai city police.
The Fine Arts club emerged as a beacon of creativity and excellence this year. The club members showcased their immense talent and dedication, resulting in remarkable victories in various intercollegiate competitions. Here’s a glimpse of their achievements:
- Won first place in group dance at Govt. Chengalpattu Medical College
- Won first place in group dance in the national level competition held at Jain University
- Won first place in group dance at Pradharshini, Kilpauk Medical College
- Won first place in group dance in the state level competition held at Madras Medical College
- Won first place in group dance in the national level competition held at IIM Bangalore
